Parker’s Hurricane Clementine Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 ounces light rum
2 ounces dark rum
3 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
3 ounces mango juice
Juice of half a lime
2 Tablespoons grenadine syrup
A splash of club soda
Orange slices for garnish
Ice cubes
To Make:
- Add ice to cocktail glass. Squeeze the lime over the ice.
- In a separate glass, add both rums, orange juice, mango juice, and grenadine. Stir.
- Pour into cocktail glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with orange slices.
